- How long will it take for my order to reach me?
The delivery times vary according to the destination and the method used to ship your order. All orders are shipped from our Rochester, NY plant. The standard method used is Fedex. Fedex Service should arrive at your location in 7-10 business days or less. For Alaska, Hawaii, and outside the continental U.S., please call for rates.
- When will my order ship?
Most in-stock items ship within 2 business days. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for delivery of in-stock items. In some instances, some of our items are custom manufactured and may take up to four weeks for delivery depending on the manufacturing process. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped in the same package. Please provide your email address to receive a ship confirmation notice with tracking information. To minimize shipping costs, we will hold your order until all items are available. If you prefer, we will ship items as they become available. Additional shipping charges may apply. Orders with personalization require additional manufacturing time of up to 2-5 days.
- What if I receive something that I am not satisfied with?
At Light Impressions we guarantee your satisfaction! If not, we will cheerfully replace the item(s) or refund your money. See Returns and Exchanges for additional information on our return/exchange policy.
- Where can I purchase or use a Light Impressions Gift Certificate?
Gift certificates cannot be purchased or used on line at this time. If you would like to order a gift certificate or if you have a gift certificate you would like to use please call our Customer Care Department at 1-800-975-6429.
- I don't feel comfortable giving my credit card information over the Internet. How can I place an order?
The LightImpressionsDirect.com website uses the latest in security technology to insure your sensitive information is protected. However, you may also place an order toll-free at 1-800-975-6429.
- How much is my shipping and handling going to be?
Charges vary according to dollar amount purchased. Orders are shipped from our Rochester, NY facility using USPS. Priority shipping to all locations is available for an additional charge. For International orders, freight charges are dependent upon weight and dimension of package. If you live outside the U.S. please call your order in at: 1-800-975-6429, email us at email@example.com, submit your order online with your country, city and postal code for a more exact shipping quote, or mail your request to Light Impressions, 100 Carlson Rd, Rochester NY 14610. The customer pays all duty.
- I can't find Deluxe Imprinting, Silk Screening or Foil Stamping. Where is it?
Sorry, we no longer offer Deluxe Imprinting, Silk Screening or Foil Stamping.
- How do I request a sample?
To request a sample from nearly all of our product offerings, call 1-800-975-6429 or email firstname.lastname@example.org Include the sample part number and mailing address.
- Can I purchase quantities that are below those shown in the pricing?
In an effort to keep our prices competitive, we cannot fulfill orders at less than our minimum quantities.
- Can I get a quote for quantities greater than what are offered on this site?
We will gladly provide pricing for quantities above those shown. You can obtain a quote by using any of the following methods:

- How do I request a Light Impressions Catalog?
Please go to our Catalog Request page. The button is located between the express shop and cart buttons at the top of any page. There is no charge and we will mail the catalog to you promptly. For an online catalog, click here.
- I have a problem with my order. Who do I call to have this problem fixed?
We are very sorry this happened and we want to correct your problem right away. Please contact one of our Customer Care Representatives at 1-800-975-6429 or fax us at 1-866-592-8642.
- I want to change my order. How do I do this?
Call a representative at 1-800-975-6429 (6AM to 5PM EST) and we will make the changes to your order. Orders usually ship within 2 business days.
- Are your products manufactured in the USA? Are they personalized in the USA?
Light Impressions manufacturers products in the United States and Mexico. Other products are purchased from various countries throughout the world. The imprinting and personalizing of all our albums and binders are done in Rochester, NY.
- I am receiving duplicate catalogs. How can I stop getting more than one?
We mail some customers two catalogs each month. They should arrive 10-14 days apart. Sometimes the post office delivers them at the same time. If this isn't the case, the best way to remove a duplicate from mailings is to fax 1-866-592-8642 or mail Light Impressions, 100 Carlson Rd, Rochester NY 14610. Include all catalog back covers (with complete mailing information - including account number and ID number), mark which one you would like to continue receiving and which one(s) you would like removed. This process typically takes 8-10 weeks to complete.
