Both the 1" and 2" tapes are used to hinge covers, reinforce pamphlets, repair covers and re-attach loose pages. Made from a strong, acid-free linen fabric coated with water-activated neutral pH adhesive. While the repair is permanent the tape may be removed with mineral spirits if desired. Use 1" tape (conveniently scored for easy hinging) for attaching covers to signature. Use 2" tape for assembling cover blanks and general book repair.
