Simply wrap your garment with the non-buffered tissue, seal it inside the polyethylene bag along with the desiccant canister, and place everything inside the archive-safe box. The tissue supports the fabric; the dessicant absorbs moisture; (it won't harm fabrics), and the polyethylene bag protects it all from insects and moisture.
